We offer a wide range of services for people who are 65 years of age or older in our communities. These services are provided for by the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). Our services are structured to take care of the peculiar needs of each client to ensure they get the best possible care and the most affordable rates.

Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)

The CHSP provides for support services at the basic entry-level. This covers basic home maintenance tasks like cleaning, laundry, meals, and self-care like showering. This is to enable our clients their independent stay in their homes.

We provide transport services with a different type of vehicles for our clients to choose which suits them – cars, 12-seater vans and 22-seater buses. Our bus is adapted with a hydraulic ramp for clients who might need it.

Home Care Package

For clients that require more than the entry-level support services provided for by the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), a Home Care Package is recommended.

The packages are personalised to help you live independently from your home. The four packages available are:

  • Level 1: basic care need
  • Level 2: low-level care need
  • Level 3: intermediate care need
  • Level 4: high-level care need

As these packages are based on Consumer Directed Care (CDC) basis, you can decide your service provider. We are committed to providing you with the best quality services to meet your needs and surpass your expectations.
